The Emerald Institute was created to provide a central resource center for professionals who seek knowledge and desire to improve their professionalism. Our goal is to provide our students with professional educational classes (classroom & online), informational services, professional tools, blogs, information exchange and mentoring programs.
The Institute provides instruction in such areas as residential and commercial real estate, personal and professional development.
We also hold public and real estate company requested seminars such as the "Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate" and "The Real Estate Professional." These seminars allow only a limited number of attendees due to the hands-on approach of assisting the attendee during the seminar.
